   Generalization of the long-term researches connected with revealing and studying of national system of physical training allows to state some reasons, concerning developments of national kinds of sports as elements of national culture. Sports as the public phenomenon have arisen in the form of a special way of the organization of means of education as which sources served first of all labor, military, household, and also ritually-ceremonial and religious activity.

   With development of a society some kinds of impellent actions which part already represented the developed means of physical training, accepting more and more applied character, became a subject of special attention. Elements of competition at people gradually turned to forms of patrimonial, breeding and interbreeding competitions. In process of increase in territory of distribution of those or other kinds of competitions these requirements under the preliminary arrangement began to extend and come nearer gradually to uniform norms for all participants therefore sports as those were generated.

   Features of the concrete historical environment in which sports are formed, impose on him the print, giving to him character specific cultural traditions and transforming in one of elements folkway, and then national culture, in one of its values. In the further the part from them remains specific property of national culture of people which has created them, most significant in conditions of mutual dialogue of people, develop in international.

   As is known cultural mutual relations between people exist since ancient times. However rapprochement and mutual cultures fertilization occurs in the certain social conditions. Till an epoch of industrial revolution, culture of a society as a whole so also physical training as her element, had the isolated, regional character. After that are overcome local and national isolation between people and every possible communications are established. During the given period, according to K.Marx happens “...all-round dependence of the nations from each other”.

   The national processes developing in interethnic, cover all variety of the public of a life, there is a gradual rapprochement of the nations and national cultures. Therefore occurrence of sports as public phenomenon during the given period of development of a society is natural. Development of sports in the separate countries, cultural communications/connections of people in this area have led finally to occurrence of the international sports associations. It became possible because the separate national kinds of sports become interethnic and start to be cultivated internationally. From told appears, that as the major factor of occurrence and development of sports are consolidation of cultures and the progress of a society connected with national, interethnic and international processes. Sports, as a product of spiritual activity of people, in the development also pass over a number of stages and steps, as well as culture as a whole. So, development of sports in the modern world has absolutely other character. In conditions of a modern society cultural rapprochement goes deep and amplifies in process of development of an international generality of people, in process of achievement of overall aims and the tasks, facing to the different nations.

   Modern cultural consolidation puts the overall objective as much as possible full and consecutive internationalization of a spiritual life of a society which covers various processes, including developments of sports. As a vivid example can be the principles of development and promotion interethnic and national kinds of sports in the countries of the modern world. Here, for example, development of national kinds of sports goes not on a line of isolation and alienation, but on a line of rapprochement with interethnic, and then and with classical kinds of sports.

   Modern cultural consolidation does not exclude variety of cultures, because the spiritual life of the different nations is characterized by a variety and colorfulness. She represents the deep process penetrating the broad audience of the phenomena, covers a complex of factors as inside of the separate countries, among separate people, and in scale of all countries of the world.

   Cultural consolidation of the countries of the world in the field of sports also is shown in the wide plan. She reflects in the contents not only the important ideological factors, but includes also such most urgent questions of cultural consolidation, as cooperation on the basis of the help and mutual aid and many other things.

   Modern cultural consolidation creates objective conditions for development of physical training and sports in qualitatively new direction, on the basis of humanism, patriotism and internationalism. The spiritual unity of all nations of the world, the uniform purposes and tasks facing to them and to construction of a modern society, promote amplification of interference of cultures as a whole and sports in particular. Scientific forecasting of development of sports makes real the decision of the given problem.

   Modern cultural consolidation promotes the solutions of the major social problems, where special value is transformation of physical training and sports into means of all-round harmonious development of the person.
