In Kyrgyzstan has passed the Republican Belt Wrestling Championships  \\  29-3-2009

More than 250 sportsmen of Kyrgyzstan challenged champion ranks on struggle on belts among men and women in the Palace of sports by it. Kojomkula.
The traditional wrestling one of the most favorite national sports in Kyrgyzstan. Two versions of struggle until recently were popular: southern and northern. Southern, widespread in the Osh area, does not resolve hooks of legs, footsteps, cuttings. In northern version of struggle the varied receptions close to free-style wrestling are used.
Republican Belt Wrestling Championships of 2009 was rather re presentative - about it speaks structure of champions and prize-winners. So, for example, among men in classical style champions of the country of steel Samat Sytanov, Alibek Bakirov (Osh), Asilbek Halmatov (Leylek), Àðñòàíáåê Ñàëèåâ (Dzhalal Abad) and students from Bishkek Iliaz Bostonov, Niazbeck Isakov and Ali Yuldashev. Among the lungs (up to 62 kg) fighters of a freestyle a victory celebrated Adjigul Soburov, Zamirbeck Nurmatov over other weights took priority athletes from Bishkek: ÛUrispeck Ajibekov, Erlan Otarbaev and Turatbeck Toychubekov.
Women competed only in three weight categories where the full superiority was at representatives of the Kirghiz state technical university who were prepared by deserved Kyrgyz Republic couch Taalay Kayumov. Republican Belt Wrestling Champions are: Kubatbeck kyzy Gulina, Sarigul kyzy Elzat and Anara Duyshbaeva.
